Our founder and CEO, Justin Woods, created Hi-Point Property Services and Sweeping because he saw an opportunity to deliver a more customer-centric parking lot sweeping service in Utah. Since 2002, Hi-Point has spent tens-of-thousands of hours cleaning our clients parking areas. We are contracted to sweep all kinds of properties including: malls, retail centers, large industrial areas, apartment complexes, private drives, commercial properties, retail centers, class A properties, and more.

The entrepreneurial drive that created Hi-Point Sweeping

As a native to Utah, Justin was proud to graduate from the University of Utah then land a job with the Larry H. Miller Group. He started in the retail side of the business, managing multiple Fanzz stores for the Miller Family and was recognized as a top performer every year. Even though he was thriving within one of Utah’s largest companies, he had a drive to follow in Larry’s entrepreneurial footsteps and start his own business.

So when his cousin, a sweeper truck salesman, approached him about getting into the sweeping business Justin recognized that it was an industry where his customer service experience could succeed.

Our answer-the-phone philosophy has helped us grow

Hi-Point’s rapid growth to one of Utah’s largest sweeping companies can be attributed to two lessons Justin learned while working in retail. As Justin served thousands of customers a year, he learned the power of answering the phone and solving customer concerns immediately. He also discovered how critical a clean storefront was to creating a positive first-impression with customers.

As he applied these lessons to the sweeping industry, he noticed that his customer-centric philosophy of answering the phone was well received. It sounds simple, but it soon became clear that many property managers and owners were frustrated with the lack of responsiveness of other sweeping companies. As these property managers worked with Hi-Point they came to trust Justin and the Hi-Point team because we delivered the most professional sweeping service by being responsive, answering the phone, and addressing needs promptly.
